You can do your shopping in the nearby village of Heelsum or in Doorwerth, Wageningen and Arnhem are a 15-minute drive away. Public transport at a reasonably short distance and good connection to the A12 and A50.
The owner is looking for a single or couple with their own horse(s).

Entrance, hall, the cozy, the atmospheric L-shaped living room has a beautiful wooden floor, authentic beamed ceiling and beautiful windows.
A beautiful view over the garden and farmlands the terrace is accessible from the living room through patio doors, is oriented to the south.
The practical kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor, the other equipment you have to bring yourself.
Through the hall you enter the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and the connection for the washing machine.
1st floor.
Spacious landing / vide with possibility for a place to sleep / sleep, spacious master bedroom with access to a room that the current residents use for hanging up the laundry.
The cottage includes a shed for bicycles and garden tools and a covered parking space.
Particularities:
On this private estate, located west of Arnhem, there are a few houses that used to have various destinations. They are in turn adapted with great care for current use and made comfortable.
The estate is not isolated in a walking, cycling and riding area and the (nature) terrain has meadows, water features and a small-scale forest.
Twice a year there is a (mandatory) DIY day for all residents of the estate.
Sheep and some horses walk in the beautiful meadows. In some meadows there is a walk-in stable for horses or a shelter for growing lambs.
There are three horse boxes in a stable located near the former farm and there is a section where the lambs are born in the spring
